a stale croissan
tomato sauce
half of a onion
grated gruyère
salt and pepper
Recipe :
Cut the croissant in two pieces, then chopp the onion.
Brown the onion in olive oil, add the tomato sauce, some salt and pepper, and leave over a gentle heat about 10 minutes.
Spread out the mixture over the croissant and put over the grated gruyère.
Leave 10 mn in the oven at 150°C (302°F).
