Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
125g (4.4 oz) of flour
125g (4.4 oz) of butter
125g (4.4 oz) of grated Gruyère (Swiss cheese)
25cl (8.8 fluid oz) of milk
4 eggs
salt and black pepper
Recipe :
Melt the butter in milk and add the flour as soon as you reach the boiling point. Continue the cooking over a slow heat until you get a ball and remove from the heat. Add eggs at once while stiring then add salt and black pepper.
Make some small balls with two spoons, throw them into boiling water and remove them when they surface (1 to 2 minutes). Place them in a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and tomato sauce. Cook into the oven for about 30 minutes (180°C or 355°F).
